Even more than other outdoor activities, trekking and climbing in the mountains are dependent on the prevailing weather conditions. Timing is vital for maximising your opportunities for success. We don't want to be trying to rock climb during the monsoon, ski through the slush or climb through the jet stream if we can help it! As a result our expeditions are scheduled for the best season...

Himalayan Five peaks September/October 2010. This expedition is a serious trek in the Nepal Himalaya, an ascents program and a technical mountaineering course all rolled into one. Our climbing objectives are Island Peak and its neighbours Pokhalde and Lobuje East, Gokyo Ri and Kala Pattar. We also visit all the main valleys and attractions in the Everest region of Nepal.
